Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Chrome extension “CSS Glance” (“the Software”) and its paid Pro features. By using the Software you agree to them.

1. Provider (seller information)

The Software is provided and sold by Many Lights (“we”).

• Seller: Many Lights (sole proprietorship, Japan).
• Address: Shimada Bldg. 7F, 16-4 Nihonbashi-Kabutocho, Chuo-ku, Tokyo 103-0026, Japan.
• Contact: the contact form on this site (Contact).
• The proprietor's name and phone number are provided by email without delay on request.

2. License

We grant you a non-transferable right to use the Software for your own business or personal purposes. A Pro license key may be used by the purchaser in their own Chrome browsers.

3. You must not

• share, resell, lend, or publish a license key;
• modify and redistribute the Software;
• use the Software in breach of the law or of the terms of the websites you visit;
• use copied styles or other content in a way that infringes anyone's rights.

4. What the Software shows

The Software reads styles from pages you are viewing, inside your own browser. Values are what your browser reports and may differ between browsers, devices and window sizes. Designs, fonts and other assets of the sites you inspect remain the property of their owners.

5. Payment and refunds

Pro is a one-time purchase. Purchases cannot be refunded once the license key has been issued, except where Pro does not work because of a fault on our side or where the law requires otherwise. A refund, when due, is made by cancelling the charge on the card you used. If you need a receipt (including a qualified invoice), request it through the contact form and we will send it by email.

6. No warranty; limitation of liability

We do not guarantee that the Software is error-free or fit for a particular purpose. Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us.

7. Changes to the Software; ending of service

We may change the Software. If we decide to stop providing it, we will announce this on this site at least 30 days beforehand.

8. Changes to these terms

When we change these terms, we will announce the effective date and the content on this site in advance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. If the English and Japanese versions differ, the Japanese version prevails.
